This Sunday, jan 22, my raceseason 2012 starts in East London.
I travelled to South Africa on Monday/Tuesday.
I had a look at the Runcourse and found it really challenging, and that is probably also the right word to comment on the Bikecourse. Both have quite some altitude meters to overcome. It looks like this is going to be a verry fair race with the strongest athlete on top at the end of the day (half day).
Looking forward to race on sunday and to find out , the hard way, where my fitness level is at the moment.
